This story here started with knitting beanies and scarves that was a pleasant past-time on the side of a daily job. This is how <em>KA:MA &#8211; a Kaberneeme Marina<\/em> brand came to life. Later, <em>MinuSadam <\/em>was created. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Both of our brands, <em>MinuSadam<\/em> and <em>KA:MA \u2013 a Kaberneeme Marina brand<\/em> have their roots in Kaberneeme peninsula, in an old fishermans village of the same name, where we like to spend our summers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It all started with <em>KA:MA<\/em> \u2013 from the love for handicraft and lovely yarn. From knitted items for our own seagoing family and friends. <em>MinuSadam <\/em>on the other hand is much more than just handicraft. Besides standing for a ceramic studio with a slight modification of the name as <em>MinuSadam Art and Crafts<\/em>, it is also the brand behind our <em>MinuSadam Getaway<\/em> holiday rentals in Kaberneeme, Estonia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To start with, and for quite a while, it was all for ourselves and for our friends. We loved what we did and it made us happy. And suddenly we felt that we are ready to share our joy and accomplishments with others. A special place where we feel safe and sound, at peace and content with ourselves. Where we can be who we are without judgment and prejudice. A place where you can be who you wish to be without prejudice or judgment. It\u2019s everyone\u2019s own little paradise. Like a bubble that we create around us and where we can be alone or with our loved ones, feeling joyful and protected. Whether it\u2019s a real place, such as our home, or an imaginary one, either way, this is the place where we hide from the rest of the world. If we\u2019re lucky, it\u2019s always with us, within us, even when we\u2019re on the road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The term <em>MinuSadam <\/em>can be read as \u2018<em>Minus Adam<\/em>\u2019 in English. Even without a companion and being completely alone, you can enjoy yourself. Because sometimes you need time to be by yourself. Have a moment to fill up your cup and regain your strength to face the world confidently again and again. Nobody else can define you but you. This is your life, and this is your world. That\u2019s what <em>MinuSadam<\/em> stands for.<br><br><em>MinuSadam LLC<\/em> is the owner of the brand <em>KA:MA &#8211; a Kaberbeeme Marina brand<\/em>. It is a label we created for handknit beanies and scarves, to start with. Here is the story of <em>KA:MA<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/minusadam.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2023\/02\/KAMA-logo-joonega.svg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-514\" style=\"width:246px;height:auto\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The<strong><em> KA:MA&nbsp;<\/em>trademark,<\/strong> as mentioned, started off with beanies. And beautiful yarn and a love for handicraft. And from the pleasant feeling you get when doing crafts, spending time enjoying your own company. At first, we made beanies for our families to enjoy, and as gifts for friends and friends of friends. But we suddenly realized that we would love to share the positive emotions arising from creating handicrafts with others. This is how the craft brand <em>KA:MA <\/em>was born.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>KA:MA<\/em>&nbsp;is actually an abbreviation of the name Kaberneeme Marina, also known as <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kaberneememarina.ee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Kaberneeme Marina<\/strong><\/a>. A big and important part of our family\u2019s life is linked to this marina, as well as <a href=\"https:\/\/kaberneeme.wordpress.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Kaberneeme Village<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong> This is where we escape every chance we get \u2013 to the forest and seaside. It\u2019s a pleasure to be here. Even with windy weather by the sea, there is no such thing as bad weather, only the wrong clothing. And you get&nbsp;<em>KA:MA<\/em>&nbsp;beanies from us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And what is remarkable is that the <a href=\"https:\/\/et.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kama\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Estonian national food is also called \u2018kama\u2019<\/strong><\/a>, which makes the brand even more unique yet familiar and Estonian-like.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Don\u2019t forget \u2013 you\u2019re always one of a kind, loved, and always enough, from small ideas to big dreams.&nbsp;<em>MinuSadam<\/em>&nbsp;can also be your port, if you wish.
