We invite you to spend your holiday with us on a picturesque Kaberneeme peninusla, with direct access to the sea and the forest – your source of energy and inspiration.

The holiday rentals of the MinuSadam Getaway can be found on the western side of Kaberneeme peninsula – an oasis of holiday homes and tennis courts that allows you to unwind from your routine activities and daily hustle. Bring your family, friends, or colleagues and enjoy an Estonian-style holiday by the sea, playing tennis or beach tennis, heading out onto the coastal waters with a SUP board or motorboat, simply relaxing on the beach, or racing through the forest on a bike. You can also find a shop and a cafe a cool harbour restaurant KABE BEACH and a cosy family restaurant LA CASA NOSTRA in Kaberneeme. And the neighbouring villages, like Neeme and Salmistu, are not that far for further exploration.

The site of the MinuSadam Getaway holiday rentals is a small, quiet place to relax. It’s a private holiday spot near the city with accommodation for 10- 12 people. We are situated merely 40 km from Tallinn, which is why, in addition to a longer summer holiday, it is also convenient to come here for a weekend or a few days during the week. We love to play tennis ourselves, which is why we have built the holiday rentals around a tennis court. There is another tennis court nearby, which can be used when you have more company. Just let us know and we can reserve it in advance.

We designed our holiday rentals with an emphasis on active recreational activities and simple, yet modern accommodation. Tennis, however, is not the only reason to come stay with us. There are different activities to enjoy here, and you can always just rest and do nothing.

Estonian summers can be fickle, but don’t let yourself get down when the rain starts to pour. There are board games available in the holiday houses, and we can provide you with a 2-hour CERAMICS WORKSHOP for up to 6 people at a time (needs to be prebooked; ask for a quote). The ceramics house is only a few minutes away from the holiday homes.

If it’s rainy outside and you’d still like to PLAY TENNIS, we can help you find a suitable tennis hall in Tallinn. We also help with different contacts, so that you can spend your free time actively in other ways. There is a swimming pool in the town of Kuusalu, which is slightly closer to Kaberneeme than Tallinn. Most of the information can be found in the manual available at the holiday home.

BRIEF OVERVIEW OF RENTALS

On one side of the tennis court there is the so-called tennis pavilion with a TV, an AC, a kitchenette, a sauna, a shower room, a washing machine and 3–4 sleeping spaces. On the other side of the tennis court there are three holiday cabins without running water (no indoors toilet or washing facilities), each of which accommodates 3–4 people. All holiday cabins have a refrigerator and an air heat pump for cooling in hot weather and for heating in cold weather.

Located slightly away from the houses are outdoor toilets with water, water sinks and outdoor shower rooms with both hot and cold water, i.e. Estonian-style immersive spartan experience. Those who prefer to wash in warm rooms can always use the sauna and washing room of the tennis pavilion.

In order to get a meal you can cook in the tennis pavilion, grill outside, visit the village’s dining areas, or order in from elsewhere. We are also happy to help with catering, if needed. If you book a holiday cabin separately from the tennis pavilion, only the cabin’s facilities can be used. This, as well as the various activities and the rental of equipment required for this purpose, is subject to an additional charge. Bedding and towels are included in the price.
